After working at Hitachi Zosen, where he was involved in biomass power generation projects, he joined SMS Co., Ltd., where he led M&A activities and healthcare venture investments, managing numerous investments and healthcare incubation programs. He also has experience in establishing and operating home-visit nursing stations, providing him with hands-on experience in the healthcare field. He later founded Capital Medica Ventures and currently serves as its CEO.
