Founder BIO

Hattori-san: Graduated from Kyoto University with a degree in Law in 2004 and joined Recruit Co., Ltd. the same year. In 2011, he founded Inclusion Japan Inc. As a manager in the HR group since 2012, he led initiatives such as creating a new HR system, optimizing the talent portfolio, and launching a next-generation leadership development project. He also organized and managed events like "SHARE" and "Gamification," focusing on themes related to startups, and played a key role in investments and support for startup companies. Earlier, he was involved in business development at Recruit, including joint ventures with major trading companies and new business projects. Yoshizawa-san: Born in 1976, he graduated from the University of Tokyo with a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering. After working at P&G and a consulting firm, he joined the founding team of Lifenet Insurance (then Net Life Planning), focusing on marketing and launching new businesses with major shareholders. Following the company's IPO, he founded Inclusion Japan Inc., where he supports startups in marketing and business development from the early stages. He also provides consulting services to large corporations, primarily focusing on collaboration with startups.
