1) Graduated from the School of Commerce, Waseda University. Joined Shoko Chukin Bank in 2004, where he worked in corporate loan sales and business revitalization support. From 2007, he joined Goldman Sachs Realty Japan, where he was responsible for loan servicing and acquisition of distressed loans and CMBS. From 2015, he was involved in real estate sourcing and acquisition. In 2020, he moved to Goldman Sachs Securities Merchant Banking Division, where he was also responsible for real estate sourcing and acquisition. In 2024, he co-founded our company, where he is primarily responsible for deal sourcing. He holds the qualifications of a real estate broker and a Master's degree from the Association for Real Estate Securitization. 2) Graduated Hitotsubashi University, Faculty of Social Sciences. Began his career atMizuho Securities in 2012, where he worked on CMBS and real estate NPL restructuring, advised real estate funds on asset acquisitions and REIT IPOs etc. After PGIM Real Estate Japan, joined Goldman Sachs’ Merchant Banking Division in 2020, focusing on real estate acquisitions. Co-founded Alpha Edge Capital Co., Ltd. in 2024 and is mainly responsible for acquisitions. Licensed Real Estate Transaction Manager, Association for Real Estate Securitization Certified Master, and Chartered Member of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan.
