Founder BIO

Born in Otaru, Hokkaido. After graduating from the Faculty of Law, Keio University, he worked in the investment banking division of Nomura Securities Co., Ltd., supporting management strategies in various forms, such as M&A advisory, various types of financing, and IPO support, mainly for listed companies. He then joined Goldman Sachs Securities, where he supported the overall management strategies of global companies in the M&A Advisory Group. He then participated as a founding member of a domestic PE fund, and as the CEO (director) of the companies he was in charge of, he was involved in the implementation of management reforms, growth strategies, and M&A strategies, achieving the highest profits since the company's founding. In addition, with a view to medium- to long-term business succession to small and medium-sized enterprises, he conducted investment considerations and proposals for hundreds of companies nationwide.
