After graduating from the Faculty of Engineering at Kyoto University, Ginichi began his career at Deutsche Securities, followed by positions at UBS and Macquarie Capital, where he specialized in M&A and IPO transactions. He joined CLSA CAPITAL Partners Japan (now Sunrise Capital) in 2014, where he has accumulated extensive investment experience in business succession for SMEs. In each investment, he took the initiative in resolving management issues and contributed to enhancing corporate value.
