He is the President and CEO of DEEPCORE. Until 2016, he was responsible for the investment division of SoftBank Group Corp., overseeing various investment projects at different stages both domestically and internationally. In addition to large-scale M&As such as Vodafone and Sprint, he was involved in investments in international technology companies and startups like Aldebaran Robotics, Grab, and Coupang. He also served as a director at companies including Renren, Supercell, Grab, GungHo Online Entertainment, and Genie. Furthermore, he held positions as an investment committee member at several VC firms, both domestically and internationally. In 2017, he established DEEPCORE, where he leverages his experience to support early-stage AI startups from various perspectives.
