In 2000, she joined CyberAgent, Inc. ( as part of the company's first class of new graduates ). She was assigned to the company's Internet Advertising Business Headquarters. In 2002, she was awarded the company's Best Player Award (MVP). She became the company's first female manager in the sales department, and contributed to the company's business expansion through sales, recruitment and organizational building. In 2005, she was seconded to Wedding Park Co., Ltd., where she built the company's business model, launched the sales department, and planned and implemented new businesses. In 2006, she was seconded to CyberAgent Capital Co., Ltd., where she was involved in seed-stage startup venture investments in Japan for nine years. In June 2016, she founded iSGS Investment Works Co., Ltd. and became its representative partner. (Japan's first female partner in an independent venture capital firm ). She is an outside director at Toyo Kanetsu Co., Ltd., a recommendation committee member for the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's J-Startup, and a member of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's Data Utilization Promotion Committee. She was selected as one of "15 Women Active in Japan's VC Industry" by Forbes JAPAN in 2022. She is also a council member of the Japan Youth Leaders Association.
