After working at UFJ Bank (now Mitsubishi UFJ Bank) and RISA Partners, he joined Milestone Turnaround Management in 2008. He was involved in numerous corporate revitalization support projects for electronics retailers and apparel companies. He then joined the Enterprise Turnaround Initiative Corporation (now the Regional Economy Vitalization Corporation of Japan) and was stationed at a manufacturing company, where he was involved in the planning and execution of business revitalization plans.
