He has been involved in the Enterprise Turnaround Initiative Corporation of Japan (now the Regional Economic Vitalization Corporation of Japan) since its establishment and has supported many revitalization cases. After returning to LM Law Office, he oversees business revitalization ADR and Small and Medium Enterprise Revitalization Council cases. He is an advisor to investment funds and supports divisional M&A of listed companies. He was appointed CEO of Topaz Regional Partners immediately after its establishment.
