Since the pre-IPO stage of Euglena Co., Ltd., he served as a director, overseeing business strategy, finance, and biofuel sectors. In 2021, he became the CEO of the company, leading all business operations. He resigned from Euglena in 2024. In 2015, he established the Real Tech Fund, which promotes deep tech investments as a solution to social issues. In 2024, he became the CEO of UntroD Capital Japan, which manages the fund. He also co-founded and managed Amefutatetsu, which achieved Japan's first social impact IPO with an NPO as its parent organization, and served as an advisor to Heralbony, focusing on realizing social impact within capitalism.
