After graduating from the State University of New York, he worked as a consultant and engineer at a BI and ERP software vendor. He was involved in credit investigations, risk management, and developing credit management models for individuals and businesses. He later joined Samurai Incubate, where he invested in and supported over 70 startups, facilitating their growth and exits. Subsequently, he became the COO of Plug and Play Japan, helping to select and support over 150 global startups. After taking time off for childbirth, he founded Yazawa Ventures in 2020.
